Make a Splash - READ!

Be sure to mark your calendars! On July 1st, children in grades K- 5 are invited to sign up for the library’s 2010 Summer Reading Club, “Make A Splash- READ!”

Children will “fish” for questions and make a variety of projects after reading their books. Each child’s progress will be recorded in a “Make A Splash” reading record and on the library’s bulletin board.

The program features storytellers, performers, craft programs, book groups and free passes to fun places around the state. Readers who complete five books or more qualify for a reading certificate, a paperback book, an ice cream cone and a bag of beach-themed prizes!
